KALPANA TANWAR

Kalpana is a trained and practicing Jungian psychotherapist, conflict facilitator, and educator.

She has an MA in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has worked for 20 years in the field of qualitative market research in the 80s and 90s in Mumbai, India, eventually starting her own firm called See-Tru, where she introduced the one-way mirror viewing facility for the first time ever in Mumbai, in the 90s. This was a model she developed from her psychotherapy training.

From 2002 onwards, she pursued her MA and Diplomate qualification in Process Work / Process Oriented Psychology in Portland, Oregon, USA. Since then she has been in private practice working with individuals and families as a psychotherapist, and an educator running workshops and courses for groups. She taught for nine years at the Srishti Institute of Design.

Her diverse experience of working with corporates in market research and as a group facilitator, educator, and psychotherapist in India and abroad, gives her a unique edge in understanding relationship dynamics and how they play out in organisations. Her corporate workshops are based on the unknown, the unseen, and the shadow side of people and their interactions, and are thus deeply insightful.

In Navigate with Kalpana, her vlog, she brings her wealth of experience and expertise as a psychotherapist, conflict facilitator, and educator, to the table, and helps viewers lead more fulfilling lives.
