When I first came to see Kalpana, I was scared my family would find out. Over the weeks she gave me confidence to stand up for myself and my needs. She helped me relate to my children better, and not be so fearful of my husband and in-laws. Even though I was highly educated and qualified I had little self-respect. I wasn’t new to therapy when I met Kalpana. But there was something about her way, her process that I found quite distinctive.
